  1. 01 Introduction

    These terms govern your use of BodStudio and the products offered through it. By using the site or subscribing to a product, you agree to them.

  2. 02 Our services

    BodStudio provides marketing services, software products, and AI-assisted media services. Each product may carry its own additional terms, which apply alongside these.

  3. 03 Use of the website

    You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.

  4. 04 Accounts

    You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  5. 05 Subscriptions, tokens & payments

    Products are billed as recurring subscriptions or as prepaid tokens, depending on the plan. Subscription fees recur until cancelled. Tokens are consumed on use and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable and may expire.

  6. 06 Cancellations & refunds

    You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in the plan you purchase.

  7. 07 Intellectual property

    All site content, branding, and software remain the property of BodStudio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables produced for a client transfer as set out in that client agreement.

  8. 08 Privacy

    Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  9. 09 Third-party services

    Some products rely on third-party providers, including AI and payment services. Their terms apply to the portions of the service they provide.

  10. 10 Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, BodStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.

  11. 11 Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.

  12. 12 Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
